Australian oats: health and quality for China webinar
The Australian grains industry is committed to developing and strengthening relationships with the oats industry in China.
The Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre (AEGIC) hosted a technical webinar on the unique quality, health benefits, and versatility of Australian oats, which were ideal for both traditional uses and emerging food trends.
This free webinar highlighted the suitability of Australian oats for a wide range of food applications.
Attendees were invited to listen to a range of industry experts from Australia to gain insights into global oat industry trends, branding opportunities, and how Australian oats could add value to consumer diets and businesses.
The webinar included a question-and-answer session with experts and provided an opportunity to contribute to AEGIC’s important research into preferred quality traits for oats.
