Only one week remains until the 2016 LA Judge Award for Baking Apprentice of the Year is crowned.
Between Tuesday 17 May and Thursday 19 May, six of the best and brightest bakers from around the country will battle for the prestigious title at the Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre (AEGIC) Sydney baking facility.
Following three days of intensive baking competition, the winner will be announced at a gala ceremony at Dockside, Darling Harbour on Thursday 19 May.
