AEGIC welcomes new Chair and Director
Experienced AEGIC Director Matt Macfarlane has been appointed Chair of the AEGIC Board. Mr Macfarlane, who has served on the AEGIC Board since its inception in 2012, takes over the role from retiring Ron Storey. Mr Macfarlane is an experienced board chair in the technology, agriculture and non-for-profit sectors, and has been an active investor in early-stage tech startup companies for over 20 years.

Helping noodle wheat meet Japanese expectations
Japanese flour millers know that the best wheat for udon is grown in Western Australia. For more than 30 years, Japan has exclusively imported noodle wheat from WA that has been bred especially for udon. WA supplies about 750,000t to Japan of a special noodle wheat blend valued at around $250 million.
